HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN DOING WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHY?
Since 2010. We started doing weddings in 2013 and stopped in 2015 to focus on other projects. We are excited to have started doing weddings again in 2019 with a different concept!
WHAT IS YOUR STYLE?
We like telling stories. We like visuals. We like good lighting. We like minimal backgrounds.
HOW DOES THE RUN OF EVENTS WORK?
We follow the plans you have for the day or we can discuss it together.
WHAT WILL THE DAY BE LIKE?
We are easy going and work with the flow capturing everything as naturally as possible. However we can discuss any specifications you have when the booking is made.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
25% of the total payment is non-refundable. This is to cover any costs that we’ve made to get to you on your day. You’re welcome to cancel at anytime. Our full cancellation policy will be available on booking confirmation.
HOW LONG AFTER THE WEDDING WOULD I RECEIVE THE VIDEO?
You will receive the short film online in 10-12 weeks and the final video package delivered between 3-5 months. This could be extended further based on our creativity!
HOW IS THE FILM DELIVERED?
It comes on a USB inside a custom made package just for the couple. It will be posted to a desired address locally.
HOW DO YOU CHOOSE THE MUSIC FOR THE SHORT FILM?
We choose it but do request to send us songs you fancy.
DO YOU HAVE A SECOND SHOOTER?
There may be 2 shooters under certain circumstances.
CAN I CUSTOMISE A PACKAGE?
Yes! Talk to us. We understand that every wedding is unique, and we offer packages to meet your specific requirements. You can discuss your preferences with us, including the desired length of the film, additional events or locations you want to be covered, and any specific editing styles you prefer.
HOW MANY HOURS ARE INCLUDED IN EACH PACKAGE?
We go by run of events instead of time (time pressure for a special day is too much). If the package includes an ‘all day’ service, we start from the bridal party getting ready till the last event of the night.
DO YOU EXPECT SEATING AT THE DINNER TABLE?
Ideally, yes please! In order for us to make sure that we don’t miss anything, we would like to stay on site. We will need to have a feed but don’t mind if we have to stand. This is up to you but if we have to leave the site (if we can’t bring packed food), it may allow for uncertainty of when we may come back as depending on the venue’s location and availability of food around.
DO YOU CHARGE A TRAVEL FEE?
Only for rural locations anywhere in the country.
How do I choose the best wedding videographer for my wedding?

CAN WE ORDER PRINTS OR ALBUMS DIRECTLY FROM YOU?
Yes you can! We are designers too so custom made prints or albums can be done.
WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL YOU BRING, AND DO YOU HAVE BACKUP GEAR?
We work with Sony full-frame cameras including our back-ups.
How far in advance should I book a wedding videographer?
To ensure the availability of our services, we recommend booking us as your wedding videographer as early as possible. Ideally, book us six to twelve months in advance to secure your preferred date. However, feel free to contact us even if your wedding date is closer, as we may have availability.
HOW WILL YOU HANDLE WET WEATHER?

WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED FROM US BEFORE THE WEDDING DAY?
We will send you a booking form to fill up and we’ll have most of what we need.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CAN’T MAKE IT FOR THE DATE DUE TO UNEXPECTED CIRCUMSTANCES?
We will organise a replacement that best suit our style and with your approval. No extra charge will be added.
Do you also offer photography services for weddings?
Yes we do. This is at $2000 on top of any package you choose.
Can I request specific moments or shots to be included in my wedding video?
Absolutely! Let us know your preferences and specific moments you want captured on your wedding video.
